Overview: 

This course aims to equip students with the basic knowledge and skills in the managing problematic behaviours in the classroom. Four theories of human behavior and their implications in managing behavior are discussed. Students will be given exposure in planning behavioural management programmes based on case studies provided. Emphasis is also given to the importance of an integrative approach involving collaboration between the school and home. Ethics, current issues and concerns in behavioural management will also be discussed.
