fbpx Micro-credential certification in Organisational Behaviour (MBAGM) | SPACE
Overview:

Globalisation has brought about greater workforce mobility. This has resulted in greater challenges in managing workforce diversity. The study of organisational behaviour today must, therefore, take on a new dimension – a deep understanding of cross-cultural organisational behaviour. This module aims to equip students with knowledge and skills in areas such as managing people, leadership, emotional intelligence, and managing change to be applied at a much larger macro (global) level to facilitate managing organisations that are increasingly diverse in their employees’ profiles.

Note: Subject relates to Master of Business Administration (General Management)
